About the owner

Nate Yager is a licensed land surveyor in the states of Vermont and New Hampshire.  With a decade of surveying experience, Nate has worked on a wide range of projects. From a 500 mile GPS control survey stretching from Houston, TX to Oklahoma City, OK, to city lot boundary surveys in Burlington, VT.  Working for firms with different areas of expertise has allowed Nate to gain knowledge in just about all aspects of land surveying.

Nate started Latitudes Land Surveying in the summer of 2015.  The company goal is to utilize the latest technology and techniques in combination with years of hands on experience.

The result is the ability to  provide clients with top quality results at a fair price, with a quick turn around.

Total Station

Robotic 1 second angular accuracy total station.

- The robotic total station is one of the most cost effective ways to achieve very accurate results.  It allows the surveyor to work solo in the field, saving man hours and ensuring that the licensed surveyor is directly involved with the entire project.


High-Definition Scanner

Leica Scan Station produces 3D point clouds for 3D design.

GPS / RTK 

- Taking advantage of survey grade GPS technology is a great way to provide fast and accurate results for topographic surveys.  GPS also allows us to provide clients with surveys that are easily integrated with their existing GIS databases.
